No refunds for change of mind or unused time unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for project success, pricing accuracy, or any consequential loss.

Limitation of Liability

The Client accepts that where QuantiFire estimates values, quantities or amounts as part of the Services, those values, quantities or amounts are estimates only, and may differ from actual installed values, quantities or amounts. QuantiFire will have no liability for such differences that are not material in the context of the Project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, missed tenders).

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

Governing Law
